Shipping
- We ship Worldwide
- Free shipping* to USA and all US territories by USPS Ground Advantage for orders below 16oz and by USPS Priority Mail for orders over 1lb
- Overnight shipment available at exact shipping cost
- We ship Mondays through Saturdays except for Federal Holidays
Returns and Refunds
- All replacements due to our mistakes, e.g., we sent the wrong part, are paid for by us.
- All returns due to buyer’s remorse will be refunded the total cost minus the actual shipping cost, i.e., if we pay $8.05 to ship something to you and you decide you no longer want it and want to return for a refund, we will deduct $8.05 from the total refund amount so that we aren’t losing money.
- All replacements are sent via First-Class Mail unless Priority or Express is paid for.
- Any orders returned that aren’t in the same condition as they were sent, i.e. bearings are opened/boxes are missing, will incur a $10 fee since those parts are no longer considered new.
*Obviously it costs us money to ship items to you. Understand that by us saying “Free Shipping” it means that the cost of shipping is included in the prices you see.
